Can anything be worse than this place? No idea but definitely haven't seen any place worse than this in my entire travel of 4 continents and more than 30 years. Definitely nothing in aerocity or Mahipalpur is this bad.
Whole place smells and works like 60s. Even the food is horrible and tasteless or gross. Hot sausage in breakfast was like cold left overs. Halwa was cold. Juice tasted and looked diseased rotten. I have some pictures of their gross torn fake leather from 60s. All this offered and marketed as 5 star rooms n9t even equal to 2 stars!

Stayed there way back in January 2020. As of writing it's September 2022, so I'm not sure if my review will be relevant .

The staff here are the kindest I've ever seen. They always wear a warm and wide smile that is incredibly welcoming, and will greet you whenever you encounter them. In fact, the warmth of the staff is probably why I've been led to rate this hotel 4 stars and not 3.

The morning buffet is large and varied, but I'm afraid that the food quality is not the best. Dinner was not up to the mark either.

I was quite disappointed with the room. The room appeared dirty and unclean, as if left unattended and not stayed in. We immediately asked for staff to have it cleaned. Everything from the fittings to the T.V. were obviously quite old, which can especially be observed in the bathroom. I think the hotel will drastically increase in value if the fittings are updated. The rooms were however very spacious, and for the price, I am very pleased with what I got.

Will I recommend it?I think yes, since the hotel is incredibly cheap. The location though is not great. It took us an hour on the metro to reach Old Delhi.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are always so eager to help. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, though sometimes a bit worn. The breakfast was great. Overall a wonderful place to stay near the airport, although the streets are in need of some repair. Definitely worth the money.

Great experience every time. I have stayed here twice for 3 days each time with friends (first visit was in 2019 and second in July 2021). Rooms are spacious, allow good natural light. Big french window for a metro side view. The staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. There is never any unwanted interference from staff or anybody. The valet parking staff is also very helpful and patient.

It's a good hotel to spend layovers in Delhi.
The location is handy incase you want to travel anywhere through metro. Also it's comfortably close to the airport.
The staff is really cordial and enthusiastic to help.
The food spread in buffet is fair, nothing extraordinary to say about. The spread is limited and generally you have to fish out the food of reaching late.
The rooms are fairly well maintained and are in good shape.

Awesome infrastructure. Nice buffet. One of the best buffets of all other hotels where ever I have gone. Only thing was hotel room I felt was every utility was for 1 person - for example slippers were for 1, toothbrush kit was for 1 person and we were 2 people. So, they should have taken care of that. Rest gym was also better than most of the other 5 star hotels since they have spent effort and money on buying weights and installing multifunctional machines and not just for namesake. Overall, a nice experience. Deducted 1 star because of the few utilities not present for 2 people but for only single person.

Checked-in late at night just before midnight. check-in was kind of usual..staff were just okay..not very welcoming...rooms clean..room service kinda slow..in room dining is decent..but they take lot of time for clearance. buffet breakfast is decent. my average review because- 1. not very welcoming staff- lacks the ITC touch
2. lethargic service at breakfast buffet- servers passing by waiting fr u to call them always, used plates lying on table for more than 20 mins and servers just passing by. food is good though.
3. room clearance post in-room dining very tardy and slow
4. at times in room dining/housekeeping goes unanswered.
Overall do not expect the ITC luxury and personalized touch. But at the same time, this is worth the price one is paying, but the experience needs to be more curated by adding a bit of ITC touch.
Decent.
Pros- fast checkin and checkout, metro accessible (nearest metro station is a 5 min walk)
Cons- no good dining areas/pubs/coffee shops nearby

Hotel was good but the staff they doesn't know how to take care of the guest they are just after money everyone as if guest will run without making the payment I stayed for 3 night their I told that post all my bill in the room I will clear while check out but still the FnB guy whenever we order keep asking about the payment while delivering the order I am also an hotelier I work internationally and I know how hotel runs,also I worked for ITC too I am well aware about it standards but this property doesn't follow any I believe someone calling to the room morning for check out on the next day of arrival my stay was for 3 nights they could check and then call I was so tired I travelled for almost 5 days and they just called early morning because they got confused.their were no double occupancy amenities in the room we had to ask everything almost 2times.No smiles on staff faces as if they are not happy to work or they are just working for the shake of work.They were busy giving priority to Army group which was staying with them and they were not bothered about other guest at check-in I even informed that I am a hotelier so I think they must have taken me granted the staff is not bothered to make any conversation with the guest not been asked at check out that how was my stay do I have any feedback to share even the duty manager on shift was around but he was also in his own zone.i stayed in many other 5 star properties but I have never experienced such things which I have seen here.on the 3rd day of stay when me and partner came from outside the security stopped me at gate and asked for ID of my partner I said were ur in-house guest but they didn't listened then I have gone to reception and surprisingly reception guy said mam we have to follow this I told them to check on system I have given both the ids upon check in the he said ok you can go..I was like oh u don't know you guest only wow.Moreover the last thing I will mention no matter whatever it is the staff at front should keep a smile on the faces rather then making tensed faces which guest can easily observed front means fnb front office security bell desk travel desk I have noticed all sad faces only.if a guest is coming tried and u smile and meet and greet the guest they will feel happy they are not coming here to see ur sad or tensed faces..And I believe that ITC standard are the most top notched as I have also worked with this brand and delivered the same but after staying in this property my view ITC standards and services changed completely and I will think twice to book this brand rather I will book some other brand..
