There was nothing like hospitality, attended a wedding ceremony here and the banquet hall was so unorganised, insects roaming on the floor and the washroom’s basin was choked.

Pathetic service by the staffs, will not recommend to visit here.

Visited this place recently. Property looks good in the Lobby and Restaurant area. Food is kind of average. Worse and bizarre part is the washrooms when I tried to use. So horribly maintained, stinking, dirty with mud, no toilet paper r no face tissue. Felt like omitting after a average meal. Men Staff at the reception r not so well mannered as they keep working on their phones r chatting with the lady staff at the reception. A very below average experience and thoroughly disappointed.
Owners built a nice place but kept unprofessional staff for managing the place, so sad.

it's highly recommend hotel in Durg city near Railway Station. Very good location for railway traveling passenger special class.

Went there for a dinner part... Food was decent..

The ambience was good. Being a 4 star need to work on room service and clealiness part. Over all nice experience. Its location is best.

I've stayed in hotels rated as 4-stars in the area with nicer ammenities and pricier rooms. That said, the condition of the hotel isn't great -- air pollution from the city seeps into the rooms while windows are closed (if you leave the A/C on during the day, that takes care of the issue), hot water isn't consistently available, the rooms haven't been maintained well, and employees don't always get things done when they say they will; BUT, compared to more expensive places I've stayed at in the area, the hotel has *zero* mosquitos or other insects, housekeeping is great, laundry service is wonderful (though recently took longer than it used to -- more like 36 hour turnaround than 24 hour), the restaurant staff is wonderful, and the location is extremely walkable and safe. When I was there this past week, there was clearly a bunch of money going into upgrading the ground floor; hopefully that means other upgrades and needed maintenance in the rooms will be happening soon.

Pathetic Rooms , never go for it , i was asked to pay full amount even though checked out in 10 mins after realising the bizarre condition of Hotel.

Food not available in night after 10.30 and had to suffer from food poisoning due to improper non veg cooking....
