OYO 71300 Hotel pragya

The rooms were very different than shown in images and the hotel was extremely don't waste your money 💰

They will not give a room if you book through oyo app, and say silly things that rooms are not available or give extra money to get a room.
1. I booked a room on applying offer they denied to give a room after booking.
2. Their receptionist is very rude and had alcohol.
3. Their is no safety for girls.
4. All of their branches has same issue so avoid going there and choose better one.

A pathetic hotel to stay with family or friends. If you have booked through Oyo they will just reject your booking and tell you to book the rooms from the reception then and there only. They just want to earn money with unfair means and they won't help you with anything. I had booked 2 rooms 10 days before my arrival through Oyo and when I reached the hotel at around 6 AM the manager told me they will not accept the Oyo bookings but if I wanted a room I have to pay double of Oyo's rate. Extremely bad experience and not at all a family hotel. Only couples were there in this hotel

They don't even accept Oyo booked rooms. Looting people with prices. Very bad experience. Worst maintenance and you don't find any travel facilities or anything around it

one of the wrost and disaster experience. i was booked room by Oyo. but they denied to give. me room there receptionist has rude behaviour and he was no to femiliar. i warn you guy's please don't visit next time. there rooms are pathetic. and staff are not so good. and for girls no safety. so please guy's don't go there...

Don't waste your money for this type of hotel. Dirty linen and rooms. There is not any recharge in D2H. Not good for family and friends. OYO lost her image after register this type of property. Hotel management is making fools by upload wrong images to site. All rooms is different from the images shown on OYO and other plateform.

Best hotel and very best staf in durg for halting everything is fantastic , 5star like services.
