Worst experience As the room is smelling and towel is not clean.While they discussed with me a lot about a water bottle which they billed as i just exchange the water bottle, and if they charged me for that water bottle then where is my sign.So their management is very poor.As i reached the resturant at 7:45 but they don't even have a tea at that time and also food is tasteless and they are saying that chef is late.Means literally i don't know what they are doing with this hotel 😂I think they totally depend upon the club for their source of income.Also their is no hot water and no flush is working in washroom.So this is all about the hotel.I highly recommend you guys not to go there you will get good hotel in that price I paid for the best room means in their category and i got this as my room number is 211Thanks a lot

Good room and behaviour of staffs are very good but food quality is not good because they are using excess oil in foods

i haven't take any pics but i say the staff was very polite and had a good behaviour with other customers also. they know how to treat and solve the quires. over all i like the stay there and also enjoyed my time there.

There is nothing cool or international about this hotel. Rooms are not clean, bathrooms dirty. We stayed with family and their bar played loud music till late in the night. Totally not what we expected.

Please avoid this hotel if you can.

Terrible stay. It’s lodge not 3 star hotel. No hot water in winter. Breakfast was complimentary but not available till 9:30am. Whole night music sound from restaurant. Rude stalf. Denied GST bill. Wi-Fi was not working. For every problem giving excuses. It’s small management institute with few rooms. Terrible experience. Very high charges for stay compare to facility. Don’t go.

The property but is not maintained properly. The staff is nice but sometimes fails to give proper service. Besides that the place is OK.

The only good part is that this place is near to the airport (15min from Raipur airport). Rooms were space wise okay but not clean, had smelly bathrooms, dirty water glasses and cups. Service was poor and despite asking so many times the water bottles were not delivered to the room. Hygiene is really poor in the hotel. Reception staff is rude. Washroom latch was rusty and one friend got stuck also in the bathroom. Toiletries placed in the bathroom seemed expired so i didnt bother using those. I had no courage to try any food item here so not sure on that part. Definitely not recommended.
