Grand Dhillon

One of the worst hotels I have come across.
Don't ever think of booking this venue for wedding/reception as they serve tasteless stale food to guests. They charge money as per their planned package however they don't serve the selected items chosen by clients. We regret booking this place for our wedding reception.

We had arranged a retirement party here. The main course was good but the starters were extremely salty. The staff, specially the manager was very uncooperative. We had requested for a simple balloon decoration (only “happy retirement” balloon which we provided)….he said they will not be able to inflate and put it up! The hall was supposed to be airconditioned but instead they used humidification fans. Guests (and the hotel staff themselves) were perspiring like anything. All in all not a pleasant experience and will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

A good place to hangout with friends and family. The food and ambience won’t disappoint you but we had to wait for 10 mins for the waiters to show up even though we were the only one in the restaurant. Other than that, the bar is absolutely beautiful.

7th Floor, the bar on the ground floor, Even the giant ballroom where my wedding reception was. It's all great. Except. It's not "love it". It's just "like it". While this is the best hotel in Bhilai in my opinion there aren't any hotels that get 5 stars. Not even The Grand Dhillon. However. If I could give an extra half a star I would. No big complaints. Sometimes service is terrible. There is lot of turnover, but the quality is consistent and most of the staff is kind and does their job with pride and attention to customers. Yin and Yang ☯️ 4.5 stars. If you're in Bhilai check it out. There is a dining experience no matter your age or food interests. The menu is 5 stars....I end with that. The menu is 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only Pub and restaurant in Bhilai..its good entry for stags allowed but entry fees seperate..no complementary food offered..you to purchase food n drinks

Ambiance was good. Nice place to hangout with family and friends location was also good as it is at just main road. Little bit costly according to taste of food and service as it was slow. It is good for kitty party, birthday party and for other functions like engagement or marriage. As they have separate halls for big functions.

Service and Food quality average. Food Prices are quite High compared to Other C grade City

There not even a proper apology after what they have done. I never ate non veg in my whole life. They have to respect peoples sentiments. I dont understand while giving bill how come they don't messup. Suing them is only way for them to not repeat mistake again.
