The Bliss International Club and Resort

It's a wonderful property with Swimming Pool, Spa, Gym, Disco, Game room, Family Restaurant, Bar and multiple banquets. The owner and the staffs are very polite and helpful. Food quality is quite good as per quantity and quality.

Now they have come up with a Water park which is also fantastic experience for family and kids. Very very satisfied with the stay.

Worst place to stay! I would like to highlight few points of my recent stay in this hotel.

1. Hotel staff is not qualified at all.

2. One order takes 2hrs! I ordered the food at 9pm and received it 11pm, as a bonus food item was not the one which I ordered.

3. Hygiene, rooms are not cleaned properly, I have found dead crickets lying on the floor.

Bedsheets are not changed after use. I have found blood stains (probably someone had Love) on the bed sheets.

4. Staff just neglects your queries or any kind of special request.

5. Food is not at all good here. For an example smell of kerosene can be felt in tandoori chicken.

6. Foul odour in bathroom tap water and shower! Tanks are not cleaned at all I guess.

7. Airconditioning is not proper as the equipments are not even in working mode. Water leakage from the AC pipes creates a mess on the floor.

8. Room’s telephone service is dead! You need to go down to the reception counter for requests. Or take staff’s personal number.

Fact: after you take staffs personal number, you will start receiving photos of escorts!

Overall experience : WORST

The hotel, pub swimming pool lawn etc. is very nice, the hotel staff is nice and disciplined. The taste of the food of the hotel restaurant is amazing. Service is available from time to time. Very nice place for holiday My experience says that C.G. I am the only hotel in Rajnandgaon district which is famous for such cleanliness. You must visit here.

My personal experience says that we should come to the hotel every time during the holidays because the environment here is completely weather friendly and especially when it comes to the food or the room arrangement is very good, the staff here is very polite and disciplined. Had a lot of fun in the water park especially the webpool....

The rooms are very good and clean but do not justify the price they ask for. There is no option for room service so you have to come down and take whatever you want to eat.

The area and views are amazing , they have a specific area for everything you want or say which includes : club, restro bar , pool , Hall and a lawn. The overall infrastructure is very beautifully made and gives you a royal/rich look.

We organised a function very recently there and the food was very good too. Service can be a little improved, rest all is great.

So, visited this place and stayed 1 day there.
The place is so well and interiors are good.
Also, the rooms are well maintained and good.
But, the services are quite disappointing here.
Rest all the food items and place is good.
The functions at night & afternoon went well there.
The food tastes were good.
The items I tried -
1. Hakka Noodles
2. Chocolate Ice Cream
3. Pery pery Fries
4. Hot Tea/Coffee
5. Bhel Puri
6. Lunch - ( Paneer Butter Masala, Hara-Bhara Kabab, Salad, Papad, Tandoori Roti, Corn Crispy )
7. Night - The party and dinner were well which was well managed and served.
You can visit this place for partying, staying, functions,etc.
Can either visit here with family & friends.

Good to stay, with family and friends.
Nice ambiance, Sufficient parking area with greenery, their staff's behaviour is good.
One more thing is that they do have water💦 park (The Water Kingdom) it is good thing to enjoy whole day.

Will go many times for party dinner . Evening Event . Bar is also there . Best place for groupie and families also.
