Hotel is best in class. Highly professional and courteous staff. Quick service and amazing food. Rooms are clean tidy and spacious under budget. Overall one of the best experience we had here during our stay. Thanks to the manager and staff

It was pleasant stay room was clean and tidy. Good party of this hotel is located. it is located at prime location hardly 0.8Km from Raipur railway station. If you love night life and shopping this is the location you looking for other wise choose for outer location for peace.

The rooms are very neat and clean even the staff is also very cooperative and very helpful. Even the food quality and the food is also very good 👍. The only problem which I find was the lighting which is quite low in the room otherwise everything else was very good.

Good and spacious rooms with all the necessary facilities. The staff was super cool too.

Rooms are good but staff behaviour ain't good. They will place food items for use by themselves (definitely should be complementary) but will charge while checking out. Disgusting.

4/5 stars only for ventilation system other than that hotels need good rating.

House keeping is very poor,the bathroom towels and pillow covers were torn,the photo has been shown to the front office receptionist.They do not have a proper reception and the entire staff excluding the Restaurant staff are under trained and horribly dressed.. overall maintenance and ambience is pathetic and the reception area is full of Tobacco smoke and very stingy..In general not at all recommend for a decent stay

The housekeeping manager was weird failed to fullfilled basic on demand amenities like towels and stuff quite argumentative and instructing me how to stay rather then doing his job what is wrong if someone need extra towels if you think that people check there baggage rather then not giving them towels he was saying you calling to many times
