It was a great stay. hotel staff was too supportive, i needed extra time for checkout, they have provided me extra time without any extra payment. rooms were clean
only one thing is missing is the food, but hotel staff were cooperating to guide the nearby hotels for best foods.

Dear owner, you say that I must give your hotel another chance to prove that your customer really means family to you but the fact is you are not there nor the manager was there to address the problem. Even if I am visiting again in October first or second week you won't be present there to prove anything. Just responding here won't change anything if you really care you would have called till now and addressed the problem at the earliest but I received nothing from your side nor any apology from those girls. This shows how much you value your loyal customer and to what extent loyalty and customer satisfaction matter to you.

Hello Alka Palace, this is Vishwa Teja. I have stayed in this hotel during the month of July for 8-9 days and have stayed again from August to September 2022 for 22 days precisely giving you a total estimated business of which actually makes me a loyal customer of the hotel.The ladies at the front end desk are very irritative and arrogant. They do not know the concept of customer retention. Though the hotel has a tagline of COME IN AS A GUEST AND LEAVE AS A FAMILY, the behaviour of the desk staff is not up to the statement they quote. What they actually intend to do is COME IN AS A GUEST, AND LEAVE AS A STRANGER.I had an argument with the desk girl regarding the quantity of the coffee. It's not about the coffee or the temperature of the coffee I was arguing about, it was about the quantity being served. Small things like these do matter a lot when we stay in a hotel. If the hotel cannot live up to basic expectations of the customer, then please stop boasting about the hospitality.I have hardly asked for 8-9 room services during my 22-day stay. Even for the lesser number of times served, we do not get provided new bedsheets and blankets. Instead, we get rude replies that the dhobi was not available or the room servicing accessories were not available at the time because of supply-side issues.I and my partner loved the rooms, so we chose to stay for longer vacations. The hotel does not have enough gratitude for a long time serving customers. Sorry to say that I would be visiting Durg for my work, every month and I would never opt to stay in this hotel again.The hotel's top management should make sure the staff gets more training on how to handle customers in a better way, and upgrade the skills of the hotel management for customer retention and loyalty.I have requested the hotel management for a late checkout of 2-2.5 hrs as my partner had to stay for some extra time. The basic thing the management could do is to accept it to ensure we come again keeping in mind the long transactions we've had, but instead they choose to ignore the fact and stress my partner to leave the place in 1 hr and they act as if they are doing us a favour by allowing her to do so. Really shabby behaviour by the front-end staff who boast about the hefty tagline.Sorry to say that the hospitality was not upto the mark and it was disappointing. I wouldn't be visiting this hotel anymore if they cannot bend some rules for loyal customers. There are 2 front desk staff. I cannot recall the names but leaving the slimmer female aside, the other female has the audacity to call the me and tell me not to check in next time? I mean seriously? You guys call a customer and blame us for not leaving early and then ask us not to check in? Wow man!

Receptionist was rude.
Eaten my hard earned money.
1. Alcohol smell in floor 2. No geyser 3. No bath towel 4. Rain water on bedroom 5. No water bottle.

It was terrible and the front desk staff is arrogant, disrespectful, ill-mannered, and untrained. They don't know what hospitality means and yet they are in this business. They need proper training on how to behave and talk with customers. Stayed there for 22 days and asked for 2 hours extension but they were being disrespectful and said please don't check in next time. And also there was no manager present to address the situation at all.

Hotel is good, but there is need to be focused on cleanliness of rooms and some rooms are need to be repaired

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. All the amenities were perfect except the elevtor, which was temporarily not functioning during our stay. Location is nice, close to railway station with all the basic necessities nearby at walking distance. Overall the stay was very nice.
