Hotel Accord Premier

Doesn't like the hospitality......my friend had lost his key (apparently it's one key per room per stay, so they will only be able to activate a new PLASTIC key card for that room after you check out) won't give you a new one and still want you to pay a lost key fee of 1000 Rupees even though they won't issue you a new key to use for your stay, so the fee is just an atonement - hilarious ! Doesn't expect such behaviour from such a good brand

Worst Service ever . I haven't seen such illiterate hotel front desk staff.The man through whom I booked , named as Narendra Naik , He is the staff of front desk their, firstly thugged me , took more money and didn't even include breakfast , lunch ,dinner . Then I checked online and confronted him , his behaviour was the worst and I haven't met such and unhelpful staff in the hotel. He didn't help me at all , he was so rude and unprofessional , like my college students and mates can talk and behave better than this goon. Seriously if you are thinking to stay here kindly change your mind to jindal or trinity they are really amazing. In my opinion this was the most unsafe and unfriendly hotel I have ever seen . and this narendra nail should definitely be punished .

Very nice in terms of food and rooms. Has spacious rooms and bathrooms. But the service is slow, room service and housekeeping are slow.

Ambiance is best .whole room is net and clean . maintain hygiene. But staff is unprofessional.they are rude and don't have knowledge how to run hospitality industry. Front desk person too much illiterate.kindly change your front desk person to maintain your hotel brand.otherwise too show your hotel closed due to front desk person

A good hotel in the good price bracket, nice hopitality.. rooms are clean, food are bit cosltly. They charge u like 40 + gst for one wter bottle

Nice ambience. Well behaved staff. Quite place to relax and finish a rough day relaxing.

As compared with the price food is not up to mark . It's my suggestion to give the best taste in food .
