Hotel Shree Sai Shraddha

Room are nice in that price range near railway station but if u compare with hotel pathik which also infront of railway station then pathik is much more beeter then this even food is also . Food is like ok ok and they maintain cleaning, moping and hygiene. Overall it's nice hotel to stay near railway station

I had visited on September 2022 to this hotel for lunch and found good service and tasty veg food.

It felt like an all-rounder as per my stay experiences in budget hotels. The hospitality felt different and pleasant. The receptionist was aptly professional and knew exactly what to do. She was prompt in her responses as well. The cleaning staff was professional and punctual. I requested for a stay extension and it was immediately processed just over a phone call. Amazing ! The food is good but it may differ as per your personal preferences. My executive room was clean and all amenities were functional. In short, it was a pleasant stay and they gave me no chance to complain. In fact, I will just prefer staying in Sai Shraddha whenever I visit Raigarh, without giving it a second thought. On a side note, it is so close to the station that you are less likely to miss your trains.

great experience with hotel Sai sradha clean , well behaved staff , great connectivity hardly 300mts from railway station very very near.you mush stay here 24hrs light warm water , well maintained air conditioner r o mineral water , room service. best thing is pure veg food and Sai Darshan at hotel.

they charge 4000 rs. to me for little bit of bedsheet strain due to some spillage of curry on blanket and bedsheet. I refused to give as this is not ant terms conditions that if customer will not leave room nit clean than they charge for that. it is common that there will be little bit dust or anything can happened. if there is any damages of any things like bulb phone tv. than customer should pay but not for dirt or dust on bedsheet or on room . after so many discussions I asked them to show me the blanket if there is any dirt which can not clean. than they own saw that were no dirt on that after wash. but they asked me to give a laundey charge for that and they taked 500 rs. for that. which is not good.
so overall my experience was too bad, there behaviour, and I said them there is little bit spillage so change bedsheet due to my honesty, and they takes advantage of that. as I was alone with my two small childrens. they were crying so I given money and left the hotel.

I suggest to not visit hotel for stay as they take extra money for anything by making excuses

Poor. Quality of food and room has completely declined. Need to work hard to bring back previous Quality

Most third class room service and reception service, No one knows the way of service. After giving the dinner order and waiting for 1 hour , then they told me NAHI HOGA. Most Responsible services.

Staff behavior is very bad mannerless service Staff,
Maintenance is very poor 😕
Food quality is good 👍🏻
