Clarks Inn Suites, Near Raipur Airport

The hotel staffs are super unprofessional ! They have asked me for my ID Proof and the photo on the ID was little old due to which they weren’t allowing to check in ! According to their rules, a human doesn’t grow and the face remains same from childhood to adulthood. If you want to stay in this hotel you need to have your photo updated on your ID Proof every single seconds or they will fail to match. Lol. Even the reception staffs are rude like a snake spitting venom, they don't know how to respect elders. I suggest everyone not to book this hotel, you'll regret for sure.

Very unprofessional staff.
They had confirmed for early check-in on call however when I arrived they denied it saying there is no room available. Was made to wait 2hrs in the lobby after confirmed booking. Highly disappointed with the behaviour of the staff.

We had hosted a small get together for 50 guests. The property , ambience and customer experience was awesome right from booking of venue , selection of menu and service of staff .
Food as committed was extremely good and met our expectations.
Special Thanks to Mr.Ranjeet for sticking till the end. Special mention of Mr.Umesh for taking care of the guests.

worst staff don't know hot to deal with guests, whenever I call for booking they talk as they don't care and cut the call because of this I booked suit in this through MMT on 27th November I called the hotel about the same early morning but their staff cut the call without interacting, when I reached there they said room isn't available till evening some work is going on in room, I asked them to show the room they denied rudely then asked me that they gonna provide me normal room, and showed me the room that room was also dirty as if someone has left the room few minutes back, argument continued they didn't showed me the suit I booked and manager rudely asked said agar hum aapko checkin karne nai denge toh aap kya karange? aap MMT se booking cancel kar dijiye, I never go to this hotel cos I know how disgusting the staff and manager is problem was that that day due to wedding season all the 4 star properties were packed, 2-3 guests aslo faced the same problem while I was waiting them to resolve my issue, I am sure they gave the the suit to someone even knowing that it's already booked, even I asked for the owners number but they said we don't have it, thanks to MMT they provided us room in other hotel by paying surplus amount that other hotel room had, I would never suggest this pathetic hotel to anyone in future third grade hotel

Not a value for money worth paying out. Looks the property is renovated from a very old hotel, even then the filthy part of everything is quite noticeable.

Place is well located and well maintained.
Problem is with the service and over rated menu.
Also you will feel like you are in a hostel where you have to do what the warden tells you to.
You cannot order anything under breakfast category after 11 am as it is not available even on a la carte.

Priced appropriately and got a good deal with MMT. Room was neat with minute cleanliness hiccup. Decor was lovely.

Food was spicy at dinner. Hotel seemed a little short on staff. They had a Lohri celebration but we could not join as we were working till late evening. Although, they did put up a show with Bon fire, dhol and costumes.
I did notice some water clogging and no hot water early morning which put me a little off.

One of my colleagues stayed here. They were charged 17000 per 3 nights. The rooms are not worthy for that price. But maybe hotels in Raipur are generally expensive. As it seems rooms in Hyatt raipur is also very expensive
