Rooms r good. but have waited for long time nearly hot water. And TV was not operating. Called many times. Anil Jena was the receptionist that time. He was not bothered.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, couldn't even make it past the first night without having to leave without a refund.
Staff is very rude, dismissive and unaccommodating. AC is central only and controlled by management where it's set to 26-27° all day all night so no AC, you might as well be sleeping outside at that point.
Room is infested with mosquitos, no toiletries provided upon arrival, must request towels, toilet paper, etc directly. TV did not work at all, after seeing it did not work they did replace the whole TV luckily but being that wifi does not reach to further rooms of the hotel, I was unable to watch anything on my Roku on the TV, use my phone for wifi or computers.
Being that I am highly allergic to mosquitoes, my boyfriend had to bring multiple medicines at night after complaining to staff with massive welts all over my body and face, was still refused another room no matter how many complaints, no matter how many issues with the room.
Just. No. This hotel ain't it homie.

So soo so poor stay 😔 just looks a like rain basera type feeling not recommended to anyone full of insects in property no hygeine no cleaning no linen provided just hilarious hotel not a single star 🌟 to this property

Piccadily Property is good but the location could have been better. The food & ambience at the hotel is good.

Hotel Infrastructure is good but undermaintained, Complimentry Stuffs were missing in one of the two rooms allotted. Managers were very much greedy or you can say Desparate of the Money. We were there at new year's eve and as per their offerrings if a couple joins the new year celebration (on additional payment) they will be offered with drinks n Gala dinner as part of the offerring and afterwards one has to buy drinks from them and no outside drinks will be allowed. till here everything was fine but just after one peg Hotel started saying now drink's stock is finished, as it was start of the party there was no meaning of just eating food and watching an average band. we approached manager again n again and finally after two hrs. he agreed to provide us with drinks but at the Tripple price.it is acceptable that if a hotel is taking liquor license for a day (as per their statement) and charging some higher amount but there is limit of all the things.Joyfull.

Room rent was 3500 per night. This includes complimentary breakfast and dinner for 1 person. Very good hotel as per the price in raipur. This hotel also has a swimming pool.

The hotel was full of mosquitoes. They don't have mosquito repellent things like all out etc. Instead they were using kachhua chhap coils which emits a lot of smoke.
