OYO 5139 The Avalon

Nice ambiance, waiting area is beautiful but no fan,no AC, even no ventilation for air passing.
Rooms are small, old model ac fit in that rooms So rooms are not so cold it's just like room temperature.
Staff is helpful.

Hotel Avalon located nearby the Railway of Durg, just 5 mins from hotel to Railway. Rooms are good and has a reasonable price. And services are okay for ME, Hence we are from other state, we actually don't know Hindi when we talked to them in English they couldn't get us. So we couldn't communicate like what we want. And food will take a while, they just making ready once we order. Like not even the basic stuffs are ready to make dishes. Otherwise the hotel will be a good stay. Not Great but yeah Good

The receptionist refused to let us check out at 7 am giving a reason that there is a shift change so check out is only possible at 8:30 am. Had also added extra 2 bottles of water which was not taken by us.

Reception area is very nice, but the highest category suite room is not properly maintained, couch was in ver bad condition, bedside table drawers were broken, few lamp lights were broken or flickering, the wooden furniture were having scratches . All this about the suite cant say about the normal rooms

The hotel is close to railway station.
Had clean rooms and 24/7 front desk. Room service is attended pretty quick.
Their rooms are spacious and well kept.

Very poor staff behaviour.
They don't know how to deal/ talk with guests.
Very Rude.
Don't know how to talk obediently. Mannerless.
Poor management

One of the best stay for living in durg nice and gentle staff of hotel. They will also take care of your little need also
