Considering the cost you are paying, facilities and services are great. I booked a semi deluxe room through redbus and got it for Rs. 682. Rooms may seem a little small, but it is sufficient for 2 persons for 3-4 days.

Location wise it is near Railway Station, but if you want some decent restaurants, you need to walk 0.7 to 1 km. They have their own restaurant but I didn't try it. So I cannot comment on that. Basically it is located amidst industrial spares shops.

Coming to hotel, Staff is customer friendly and room service is fast and good. Rooms are decent with A.C., attached Bathrooms which were clean and good. If you want a decent stay within budget, this place is great. Only issue I faced was that Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, but that's not much of an issue.

It is well maintained property on very good location. They provide complementary pick up or drop. Rooms are good but ours were less specious. AC worked well as the wi-fi was also fast. They offer free breakfast (limited snacks type with tea/coffee) served at room. However, foods they offer in the menu are really costly. Every morning they clean the rooms though I did not like one service boy (don't know his name) who always tried to peep or get into the room for any reason. But I must share that they charge extra room cost actually for nothing because in the same are there are plenty of hotels who offer almost same quality room at lesser cost.

The hotel is in a very busy market area hence peace is something that's rare to find here. The rooms though are quaint and tidy. Railway station is very near and it is definitely a good option for someone who is in the city for business meetings or market related work. Room service is good and also the hotel is listed under"tripp hotel by Treebo" so one can find a good deal on their stay

Room which they provided it to me was literally good and over to that attendants were really good. As I was alone and had only single backpack even then they didn't let me carry my bag by my own. They have this really good cuisine at cheap prices. But they only thing which bothered me the most was the price which they quoted me for early check-in. Even after there room was empty and I prepaid for the rooms it costed me 30% of the tariff for one day. Otherwise the property is really good,food is good and cheap (price wise),staff seems to be well mannered and reception desk can offer you way more hospitality one can hope of.

Hotel is good except a few things like it doesnt have a board which can be easiliy visible. The lift is not working properly. Passage for movement is not wide and food here is costly. Otherwise everything is good. Reception and staff both are very supportive. Railway station is very near and so is main city. You can also get sharing autos or individial autos easily.

The hotel is no longer under OYO. It's presently under Treebo and is now called Treebo Kanishka.
I used Treebo for the first time to book this hotel and got very attractive offer. The hotel is located less than a km from the Raipur Railway Station on a busy hardware market near Guru Nanak Chowk. It has a very small, non-discript entrance which puts one off in the beginning. But, once you enter the room, you are in a different world all together. It's a medium sized, clean and well furnished room with a clean, comfortable sized bathroom. The staff at the reception and the other attendents are very polite, responsive and helpful. The complimentary breakfast has limited items but the quality is good. They even have a kitchen where you can place your order for your lunch or dinner. Overall, it was a good experience staying in this hotel.

No doubt the hotel was available at a cheap price on Paytm. However, the service is not upto the mark. The bell boy merely sit there watching you manage your own luggage. There are mosquitoes in the room. Sometimes, the AC starts making noises. I guess that's the price you pay for booking a cheap hotel.

3 start worth. Suffocating rooms. Very little space in rooms. Hotel staff is not well behaved. Ok, I'll need to reduce it to 2 star. They don't even let couple talk for 5 minutes inside hotel room. I mean what the hell.
