Very very bad experience... Because of extra charged for booking at the.oyo room .i paid online whatever were shown in it ..but after reaching there they charged extra money of .. nearly 3 times what i paid earlier..so, please fix this issue. Otherwise it will be very bad OYO

Firstly, the reception guy denied check in stating the price paid online is less than their minimum tariff and told me to either pay the difference or cancel. Since it was raining outside and i had spent time + money to reach there I decided to pay for the difference. The reception guy is brutally rude and has no clue what customer service means. Very unprofessional to be precise. The entire passage area was full of dirt and full of bad smell, and the room was nothing less. Bad smell throughout, no room freshener offered, no towels, no soap, tv with no set top box, AC with no remote, phone charging socket with nothing under the switch board to keep the phone. So you would have to stand and charge the phone which I did twice. Fan worked by default at the top speed, the regulator was a showcase item to simply rotate with no effects on the fan speed. To create more adventure, they don't provide hot water and you would have to manage with cold water only. Since the water was too cold, I had to stay without a bath. So if you are looking for a nightmare, then go for it. Totally horrible place and so is the staff.

1st of all it is far away from railway station but during booking period they said it is within 2 kms. The hotel charged us 200 extra as they said we dont give room below 700 . Room service was pathetic. Washroom was totaly unhealty, not clean at all. Bedsheets were dirty.

Worst experience .In the morning time,no water is coming from the tap.Ventilation is open and because of that outside sound of gallery is coming.No cleanliness is there in washroom.
