Hotel vivek

I stayed here for one day. It was good experience. Good services by staff. At present they do not have kitchen. But they will provide you food to your room, if you want. Overall good atmosphere.

Pros
- situated in the market..everything you will get at your footsteps....
-cheaper rooms with AC in summers only.
-staff is nice spoken.
-couple friendly.
-TV with dish connection

Cons
- no lift. Had to lift my 23kg luggage 🥺
- no restaurant .... Ordered food is costlier as they bring food from outsides restaurant.
- rooms were not as clean as they should be
- smell of cigrettes in room.
- bathroom was not clean. Traces of GUTKHA was there. 😠
-only 2Ltr instant geyser in budget rooms.
-AC doesnt comes with hot air mode.
-WIFI not working in all the areas of hotel.
-Too much noise as it is situated in the market.
-MOST IMP. - CHECK OUT TIME WAS 12PM. BUT THEY SAID TO MOVE OUT AS EARLY AS 11AM AS THEY HAVE TO PREPARE THE ROOM FOR THE UPCOMING NEXT GUEST. Are their guests check in at 12pm sharp ???lol 😂

Rooms are nice and clean
Service is good
Not much expensive
Single room without ac is 500 with ac 600 to 650
Double rooms r staring from 750

The Owner or Staff at the Reception was very rude, behaviour was not good , actually last time i stayed for three days but next time when i visited they didn't allow us ,
That time we dont have another i stayed at station

Not at all good. I ordered a room online in this hotel. The photos were absolutely perfect showing large sized rooms. But in reality the rooms are ridiculously small! Also, the staff is very rude.

Small Decent Hotel. Only stayed here to get freshen up on my solo trip.

Everything was good and my stay was awesome, here staff is very polite and extremely supportive.Their hospitality was totally awesome. The best thing about this is hotel is it's location, from here Gandhi maidan and Patna junction is very near and you will find each and everything easily there on walking distance

Compact Room with No Ventilation. 😑

Door Locks are not working smoothly. Every time we need to call their Staff to open it. Staff itself takes 3-4 attempts to open the Lock 🔒

After telling also, not changed the bedsheet for our 2nd day stay.

When asked for Chadar - Staff replied... Garmi hai, kyu chahiye? Pathetic Service, Hotel is supposed to provide sheets/blanket per person without asking.

Twin Sharing Room for two people but provided only 1 towel, also not changed on daily basis.

NoOne came to sweep the floor.

Electricity went out, when asked for Generator-- Staff replied "Aa jayega current thode der me" 🙄😂 though, he has started the generator after 15+ mins.

Not a good option to stay with Family.
