Hotel Viraat Inn Gaya

It's good hotel located near to station. Rooms are spacious well Ventilated. food is good. Near to vishnupad and sightseeing places. airport easily accessible

I booked 2 month in advance by paying them 7200, when they suggested me that my booking from Agoda wasn't confirmed. But I had to cancel very next day. When I asked for refund, they said to refund 50%. I told them to refund 100% or deduct minimal as it was 2 months left and during peak season. However they never refunded and when I give them review on google they even refuse to refund my 50%. Simly took away Rs. 7200 without any reason and arguging with me why am I posting reviews on google or anywhere else. See the Chat Screenshot.

Cheating its customers. never refunded my money back. I booked 2 moth in advance in Agoda, then they told me to cancel through Agode and book directly. I paid almost 3000 extra for direct booking in their account ,

I stay in this hotel for two days . Hotel of this room are very neat and clean. Interior of all rooms are very attractive. Behaviour of all staffs are good and provide better service for fooding.

They are fraud. They don't behave like businessman. If you pay the money, they won't cancel your booking even if you inform them 15 days before and won't return the money. Pathetic service. Don't ever go there.

I didn't like it . It's a VERY average hotel .no proper maintainence . Disappointing. Previously it was ok .Now i don't recommend.

Located near the Gaya railway station.
