The best hotel i have ever visit ....in my life ... it's safe for all ... family as well as couples ....and they keep your Identity private...they give best facilities from their side ....and compare to all the hotels in this area ... it's the best hotel

Worst experience with guesthouse amenities. Room service is to get advantage of the guest with no proper cleaning in the room. Bedsheets was extremely dirty and hotel did not also have for it.

Staff was not able to do anything for us because it seem like they had open the hotel just to take guest money and to not provide anything in return.

All amenities mentioned during booking is fake and they did not have anything at your service.

It was a very bad experience. Payment were done in advance at an agreed rate, but at the time of occupancy they quoted very unreasonable high rate. Not only that they agreed to refund only a meagre advanced amount.

After paying from oyo app with complementary breakfast , they don't provide room they say that they didn't get the booking you should contact hotel desk so as they will increase the fare , forget about breakfast.

We had a really disappointing experience.
Booked for a few days and the pictures are no
where near the reality. Extremely dirty rooms,
dirty bed sheets, dirty blankets. Hygiene is a
big concern here. Had to stand with
housekeeping to clean the rooms. Also, had to
buy new bed sheets to be able to actually
sleep in the rooms. Paint is almost coming off
and I also noticed Pan stains on walls. Water
kept leaking from one of the pipes, flooding
outside the washroom. Even though geyser is
mentioned - it doesn't work at all. The
property is not well maintained. After almost a
day of complaints, we received towels and
basic soaps for washroom. However
bathrooms don't have any rods for you to
hang your clothes or towel.

I recently stayed there for a few days and had the worst experience. We had booked the place keeping in mind that OYO has a good reputation but unfortunately was let down. When we checked in, the rooms were left as it is from the last time they had been used. There were food packets, wrappers, cigarette butts all around. The bed sheet, pillow covers even blankets had food and lipstick stains. Half of the bathrooms had no Geyser. The ones which had, were not working. My bathroom had a working Geyser, but the tap was broken! We literally had to plead and beg everyday to get the place fixed. It was a very very bad experience. Fresh sheets and clean floors are the basic expectation from a hotel, right?

The cleanliness is a problem.. we booked for a week, but there is no change of bedsheets in 3 4 days. the cleaners does not do very thorough work. they dont even give enough door mats. the geyser was not operative in any of the rooms and we had to use separate heater. there is no rod in the bathrooms to keep. clothes

Cleanliness is a huge issue. The pictures on Google and Oyo rooms are deceitful. It’s nowhere similar. Found cigarette-butts in almost almost all the rooms. No geyser, no hot water supply, no toiletries, no clean bed sheets. Bathrooms did not have any rods to even hang towels. Had to keep asking for housekeeping to clean the rooms and provide clean bedsheets, however more often than not we were told housekeeping is not available at the moment, these are our clean bedsheets, etc. the blankets were really dirty and not usable. Really disappointed stay.
