Hotel The Park

Review is for restaurant but didn’t get separately so sharing here only.

After a long time a pathetic experience from any restaurant.
Earlier when there were very few restaurants in Muzaffarpur,the Park was my favorite restaurant and they really serve some good food BUT now when there are many good place to eat this place has become pathetic,my worst experience in recent days.
Packaging was very low quality,one of the package was damaged on the way and oil and chicken bharta was spilled,everything was soaking with oil.
Taste wise it was pathetic,chicken Bharta was too oily qnd spicy,don’t know who told the chef that pouring extra oil will make food better,total waste,also too spicy,never had such pathetic Chicken Bharta.
Same for Chicken Tikka Butter Masala,nowhere close to the actual taste/flavor,unnecessarily oily.
Simply avoid this place even if getting food for free.

Few days back we had celebrated 25th wedding anniversary of our parents at Hotel The Park. Arrangements like decoration, food, participation of staff members for any kind of help are superb✌🏻. we had a great time and experience at Hotel The Park. Thanks to the team of Hotel The Park.

This hotel has the worst management ever in the city. Please don’t prefer booking this place. I was in an event where there was no drinking water, no water in washroom, shortage food. People were standing in line with empty plates for half and hour when food ended. Half of the people went without eating. The Park is very unprofessional hotel of Muzaffarpur. The staff behaviour was pathetic. If you are interested in ruining your event, please book here! Else you are intelligent. Thanks!

I found this restaurant over rated . It is one of oldest restaurant of Muzaffarpur and lot of functions are held here . It serves worst paneer dishes and non veg was just ok. In my experience it was disaster as per expectation. I will suggest go to Lazeez instead of The Park.

Best hotel under budget , rooms are also good with good space and good Ambience of restaurant , staffs are also good no doubt location is perfect

It was poor because their staff is arrogant, illitrate and abusive and think they are best in the town... whereas their attitude and service is lower than lowest... they have no intension of serving people, they have no idea how service is provided and they have no idea what hospitality business is... sooner or later people of Muzaffarpur will realize that this hotel has lost its aura... I strongly suggest the management to change their staff if there is any management with brain available...

Waste of money. Please be aware for this type of restaurant. I have take their services and feel like I have wasted money in food. So please avoid the park restaurant in future.

Good resturant .price wise its one of the best at location
