Very negative experience. Rude and not welcoming front desk - night shift. Took my money, but didn't want to give change. Charged me almost 2 times extra compared to the websites. Bed sheets were dirty. Toilet too. I highly recommend to choose other options.

Location wise best specially for those who will avail train route. Just opposite of main exit of Gaya railway station. But service is pathetic. If possible negative marking. You need to call 30-40-50 times room service/reception for a bottle of water. Room not properly clean, untidy unhealthy washroom. Blanket may be washed once in a life time😊. Photo attached. Just look at the spots.

Rooms were not clean. Bathroom was getting clogged. They have a good restaurant. Located near the railway station. The place was expensive for the things they were providing. Service was good and staffs were courteous.

Good option for railway traveller's idol one exactly opposite to railway station provide swift access to railway boarding. Rooms excellent.
