Customer service is really nice and food quality is good. This hotel is located in opposite Ramna maidan Arrah, Bihar.

Very pathetic service. Not professionally able to deal with corporate clients. I stayed 8 days. No fan in room, food quality is poor, receptionist is unprofessional. Avoid to stay.

Well, Ara is my home town. Where I have completed my schooling. I looked in this hotel from the 1st day of my school because it was on the path while I reached school. I visited many times for having lunch and dinner with maah friends and families. I found this hotel clean, hygienic and well decorated with mannered hotel staff. I love to visit there.

One of the worst hotel in ara when I reached hotel with my family there is a limited menu item we have place the mushroom and many more food order food test like road side food court in restaurant fan working no male and female separate washroom no handwosh in washroom we have to sheet without ac in front of stand fen we feel like we came in villages side barat even at the time of billing I want to give my suggestion but no one is taking compline in serious mood Overall very bed experience I suggest you all please don't go in regal hotel ara

Hotel charges more than the usual charge in rest of Bihar. The cost of one night is ₹ 1725 which is high considering the amenities and features provided. But still the overall experience was good. Rooms were clean and presented with basic requirements. Prices of food I ordered were again on the high side but they were to my liking( if you find it bad in taste, tell them they'll probably make it again). Staff was polite but resolute when it comes to haggling/bargaining.
I found this hotel clean, hygienic and well decorated with mannered hotel staff.
I love to visit there.
