I would highly recommend people to visit this hotel during tourism season i.e October-April. The food quality is good, some rooms are not well maintained while some rooms are maintained, getting a clean room with working amenities is like a luck draw. The staff are all well mannered. If you have extra cash you can get VIP treatment, they have a very beautiful bar and well maintained gym. This hotel has been running on loss for years now. They've been compromising on lots of services. The lift was not repaired for entire 6months. They also trim their staff numbers during off season.

No cleanliness. Property is good but has not been maintained well. First of all it stinks a lot due to wetness and there are lot of pests like big and small cockroaches and ants and other insects too. Also I found fungus on pillow. Staff is also not so helpful. Also it’s difficult to change the room as all are similar.

1.Rooms are clean,hygienic and large. 2.Service is good and they have a wide menu to choose from. 3.Hotel is on the main road on the way to tawang ,hence easily commutable. 4.View from the stay is decent as one could have a look at lush green surroundings.

Excellent hotel, location- main city, courteous and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms, car and bike parking as well as valet parking is available, food is great too, overall a great experience, keep up the excellent work...!

Though there was enough space in swite rooms but sitting area AC was licking because of this we can't on the AC. Room was full of cockroaches.

The location of the hotel is exactly near the Arunachal and Assam border check post in Bhalukpong. It's a luxury hotel with well decorated spacious rooms. But not sure why there is no doorbell outside the rooms.

Best hotel in entire bhalukpong with best in Class rooms. Food is literally awesome. Staffs are too good and very helpful. I recommend everyone to book your room hear. The rooms are really standard and premium fit for those who doesn’t want to compromise in their luxuries
