It's horrible. In Ordinary Single Room they Charge Rs.500/- at rate of Single Deluxe room to the unknown, new customers and Non Assamese customers. They wrote Single Deluxe Room in the bill. I asked to bring one bottle water of 1 liter, you know what they brought the water in dirty bottle.

I will say it is way overpriced on keeping in mind that the rooms conditions are really bad. Until and unless you need a urgent room in market area. I wont suggest this hotel.
The staffs are not interactive, On one occasion i simply asked the Reception to change the bedsheets and all they have to reply was "It is still clean ".The white bedsheets are almost brown in my room. After my failed requests of several times, they changed it. U are spending 3.5k and all u get is dirty walls, Dirty bedsheets.
One will be simply wasting money and mental peace. Opt for other hotels in market area. Kusum hotelis not a place to be ever stayed.

It's a nice compact hotel situated opposite to Vishal Mega Mart. Don't get fooled by the small entrance, it's rooms are quite nice and clean and also very high quality. Price is very reasonable and they also offer good quality food here. Recommended for anyone who is staying in Dibrugarh town.

The Hotel Staff Are Good Rooms are clean The Washroom could do better. The Rooms are fitted with TV but most of them are not functional
