Hotel Dilip

I booked room for 19th and 20th but strangely when I reached on 19th morning, the room was given to someone else already without informing me. Then at 5am in cold weather, I went to the hotel infront of Hotel Dilip myself and took a room at higher rate. This is not expected from any hotel.

Bad behaviour of reception person,
Please don't beleive them, bcs they theft your valuable items in your rooms, it was happening with me , thanafter i complaint with hotel manager than he saying that he don't risk not taking any risk for your product or valuable item of the room, and he is loudly talking to me. So finally if you stay there please safe valuable items. Thank you

Pathetic.. Don't even provide basic amenity like towel.
Very poor service though reception behaviour was ok.
Do not prefer this hotel to anybody to stay.

Location was good. Reception behavior was also good. Restaurant food was excellent. But bedsheets pillow cover was bit dirty. Old tarriff room rates was displayed in reception counter, actually rate was bit higher.

With no choice I hv given 1 *. Illiterate receptionist. Very Rude behaviour of Receptionist.If u don't want to ruin your day, plz don't go there. doesn't give proper bills.

Reception behaviour was satisfactory. But room are dirty & bedsheets, pillow covers, blanket covers are unchanged & not clean. Room service is very slow. Overall experience was not good. Only location is perfect.

Overall my experience was not satisfactory. We booked a delux room. We were informed that they have sortage of Towels. TV not functioning. We asked for extra bedsheet to put below the blanket as those were not covered but they denied due to shortage. Due to shortage of Flask tea 🍵 they poured and took the flask.

Clean and hygiene rooms, food quality is ok. But at 2000 per 12 hour does not include morning breakfast.
