Very good and sophisticated accommodation available. Both A/C and non A/C rooms are there for guests in moderate rate. Management is sincere and always positive to improve the quality of their hospitality. Well connected by rail, road and air. Indian food quality is good. Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained.

Located in prime location centre of the market near to ASTC bus depot. Budget hotel for a day or two. Offering food also and has a restaurant in third floor. Nice co operating staff. Offers laundry services also. Walkable to all malls and market. 1.8km away from Silchar railway station.

Hotel Kalpataru, Silchar is good. Supervision of cleaning and room services to be monitored by the responsible supervisor. Fourth grade staffs service I mean group D staffs service should be more careful. Rubber cushion cover should be fitted under all four legs of chair to reduce irritating sounds.

All good for budget rooms Except they need more cleaning in bathrooms n they can also improve some quality of food too. But if u are talking about budget only then u must stay in this. Best in town in this fright.

The hotel requires lots of improvement. The interiors are old fashioned and dark. Drinking water was not kept in advance. The room service people have an inexplicable urge to open the door when called for something and ring the doorbell only as an afterthought. If you happen to get a room close to the reception you're doomed. It's noisier than a fish market. Loud music is being played in someone or the other's mobile phones all the time as they keep walking on the corridors. Clean washroom is a saving grace; but, not suitable for elderly as it is accessed through a tall stair. There is a fear of slipping if one gets out with wet feet. It might be having limitations of being a small town; but, it might fall out of patronage in a competitive market.

Stayed there about 4 years ago. Food was awful. It had the worst Paneer Shahi Korma ever !! Rooms were average. Bedsheets weren't very clean. And the management don't even bother. Restaurant looks good though. No wifi back then.
