The staff of the hotel is very polite. Situated in a nice location. The food quantity is pretty good. All the staffs give their 100 percent to give the guests warm hospitality, especially the girl at the restaurant today.

The property is very nice and near to the Astc Bus stand and Railway station. Food quality and quantity is amazing and the hospitality of the staff is amazing. I must recommend if you visit Tinsukia stay at Ballerina hotel.

Wait time to serve the food is too long, the appetizers took way too long to be served then again the main course ofcourse. But quality of food is excellent for a place like Tsk. Do try the chef special mutton dishes.

This hotel has a very good ambience. The staff of this hotel are just amazing. Their service is too good. The food is just awesome . Overall much preferred hotel in tinsukia.

This was my third time staying in the hotel. The previous experiences were amazing, but unfortunately this time i didn't felt the same. The service was slow, be it regarding food or asking for simple utensils. The kitchen NEVER followed my instructions (if asked to not make food spice, i'd find my plate with chilly flakes). I have faced issues also with the water in the toilet, be it the sink one or shower one. It was always running very slowly and sometimes cold water would come for hours. The staff is polite but I wish the communication between the reception and kitchen was better as well as being more attentive to the issues in each room. We had to change room 2 times, and every time there was a problem which wasn't promptly solved.

It was nice visiting hotel ballerina. It has efficient staff who shows good hospitality towards its customer.The overall service is good .

One of the best hotels, I’ve been to. The waiter who served us were excellent and did her job very well… Astonishing service by Ms. Julie Phukan! The food was also upto my expectations!
