Very bad experience I faced here. I booked this hotel through OYO, but when I reached there they denied my booking, they told me that they don't have vacant rooms. It was night. I had to request too much that please give me a room. They told me that one room is vacant but you have to pay more money. They took 5 times more money that I have booked through oyo. After giving such high price, they checked in my room through Oyo that I booked earlier at the low price. Such a pathetic experience. If you are going there please call hotel then book room otherwise they will charge you very high price for same room.

Just okay, that is, for the rent they charge. Facilities aren't commensurate with the rent. Basic amenities like towel, soap and shampoo pouch provided. They don't change comforter covers, instead give you a sheet to lie beneath. The comforter comes over it. At the peak of winter, the comforter is sadly, grossly inadequate. God knows what happens to these hapless guests, then! One of my older colleagues left a ring in the bathroom and went about her work. Luckily, she got it back. So thumbs up for honesty. That's the only reason, three 🌟 from me. Commode and wash basin aren't cleaned regularly.

The Hotel in Silchar ,The staffs are over co-operative and also the rooms are very clean and spacious well maintained.Th hotel is located on the main road and can be easily noted in normal traffic . Also it has An important landmark the Nit Silchar being just 200 away. Just below the hotel you have many food options

Overpriced and overrated. Very poor hospitality. Arrange any party or function here at your own risk. Awful security and pathetic arrangement and organization. Beware of thieves. I am a doctor from nearby Silchar medical college.

Superb place but cooking is not so good . Today 31 january 2020 ,we all 104 numbers of teachers and students are visited NIT from National Academy School ,before returning we took meal at madhuban....but dr woner of this house , all 104 nos not satisfied about it.

There is a lack of support staff and the time when i was there the tv and ac weren't working. But rest is good and i got room at a reasonable price. I had some complications with the manager so I'm giving 3* rating.

Beautiful property with narrow minded staff. Imposes unnecessary rules on the guests. Problem of entire barak valley, can't help.
