My hotel experience was superb and i will suggest other to stay here.PROS:1) spacious and hygienic room2) good staff and support3) very peaceful spot without traffic noise4) Beautiful lawn.5) Excellent food CONS:1) There's no such a major cons but it's little bit of pricier.SUGGESTIONS:1)There should be 24 hours availability of hot water in the bathroom. During my stay it was available only in the morning.In conclusion, if you want the best hotel in tezpur and hate traffic noise then this is the best one.

Went in for dine in restaurant. Food is ok. Their chicken and mutton are hard. Expecting on the class and standard i expected their food to be great but it's not that. Feels like the chef is not so talented. Expected better food standards. Rest decor and service is good.

Went there for the sunday lunch buffet and for just Rs. 550 Inc. of taxes, it's one of the best meals you can get. It's bang for buck and the spread is pretty decent. Choose the balcony seating and you'ld have a pleasant meal. 💯🥂

Really disappointing experience. Needs lots of improvement, especially house keeping. The room service was BAD, considering the price paid both for the service and the food. The room service staff need training on hospitality. However, the behaviour of the front desk and restaurant staff was appreciated.

Just like any Greenwood hotels this is one of the best Tezpur has to offer! It has all the amenities and facilities that unit anna good hotel. The rooms are amazing has a restaurant has spa and gym facilities! The property is located not too far away from the city! It is a big property with a lawn behind it for weddings and other events! The place is beautifully decorated and is very clean. The staff is amazing and hospitality is Spot on! It is only expect from Greenwood chain of Hotels! Over the period of time they have improved quite a lot and will soon join the likes of Radison blues and Vivantas! For a place like this, it is not very cheap! But if you’re going to stay here, you will not regret the money to spend

According to the rooms and services, the hotel is overpriced, the room service is pathetic, I ordered a Manchow soup and they didn’t send the noodles with it, when I asked them for the noodles, they said they will get it in 10 mins, when I got the noodles after 10 mins the soup got cold and the noodles was smelling of oil and was half cooked, after that I ordered a veg tandoor platter in which almost everything was cold, I would personally suggest choosing of any other hotel rather then this hotel
