I have checked in both Ac & non AC rooms, earlier in the month of july 17 there was not so well room service boys, but while in the month of Jan 18 I visit their, I was too happy to see one service boy. He was very prompt, helpful & professional.
Overall the room & food quality good. In Silchar all the hotels rent are high like metro City

This is the most third class hotel in Silchar including their behavior, their food and their management. Once i ordered some curry from the hotel, and when i received the parcel it was leaking from every side, and the amount of curry was so less, according to the price that made me call the hotel owner, who misbehaved with me and was trying to avoid me and my complaint by hanging the call on me. I called for several times but there was no response from their side.

Nice but service is not good even they don't know at the time of entry they have to serve soap,glass ,water....everage hotel with everage rooms...not so cheap..

The reception guy don't know how to behave customer, he has Tatoo and some scars in his hand, he manipulate Room price after seeing room, moreover rooms makes bathroom smells
