OYO 5638 Om Regency

The worst possible hotel and service ever. It is very cramped for space and no hygiene in corridors. Feels like a lodge. Some room are good though, but mostly all have no phone network, their wifi is s**t and mostly turned off, their AC's are turned off from counter. The water shuts off then takes 10mins to resume. Half the things in the hotel don't work and they try and get more money out of you. The staff is very lazy and very rude and the worst part is the owner has an excuse for everything and won't solve your problem. Absolutely pathetic place. Go here only if it's the last place on earth or if you want to spoil your trip. I would give them -2 stars for service

I won't recommend to stay there. 2nd time there and my stay wasn't pleasant. Their laundry is diirty. Linen is torn. Bathroom runs out of water without warning. Wardrobe cabinet is dirty. Worse still they won't give you footmats... How's one supposed to dry their feet coming out of the bathroom? To my horror, When I asked for footmats they came and put the plastic fake grass patch that's used in outdoor gardens, Obviously they don't absorb any water.
Beyond bad experience.
If you have to use AC you will have to can reception to request you to switch on the main supply.

Our stay of 2 days was so good here that I could not stop myself in expressing my happiness. Cleaniness, Ambience, Staff's behaviour and service, location and reasonable price of lodging and food, and taste of food, everything was excellent. Services here gave an another level of satisfation to our vacation here. Thankyou all

Horrible to stay.No minimum maintaince. The floor is moist .The open electric wire is seen in wall.The Electric switch is broken. Bedsheet,pillow cover and towels are dirty and old . whether they clean it regularly or not I don't know. Water supply in bathroom is very poor. Water outlet of AC opens in bathroom so the AC water
is comming out in bathroom wall through out the day.Quality of food is worst.

I must say that the location, room and beds were too good. But, the attitude of the receptionist (or what I don't know, a thin man) was too rude. We reached there 5 at morning, he let us know that 50% of the room rent will be applicable for early check in. That was fine. But, then he demand the full payment at that moment before check in. Condition of electrical lines are too disappointing. As we turned on the geyser, all the electric connection got lost. And, it was repaired almost 6 hours later. There was a man (called babu), he was too polite, but, the man who was on cash counter and billing desk was too rude to us without bany reason.

If you planning to stay here, please dont. The hotel food is horrible, the washroom doors are broken( you'll literally have to ask them to repair), the balcony door locks are so loose, you'll be scared to sleep at night. You'll have to ask them to power on the hot water, so that you can take bath.

They will tell you that the aqua guard doesnt work( so that they can charge money for bottled water, that's right they don't provide you water, you have to buy it)

There's a manager called nita sharma. We asked for normal water (the water they drink over here) and she said that if you need normal water you'll have to fill it up by yourself, room service will not be provided (just because we are not buying bottled water) Can you imagine the audacity? I was there with mom, so i can run around and get water, but what if some aged people go there( which is 90% of the case due to the temple here), do they expect them also to come down and get water? And there's no lift for that. And when we asked that there's no rule like this and you should provide room service, she was like "you did online booking right, provide the review there"

So here you go Nita sharma, i hope you either learn how to provide proper service in the hotel or change your job, because you definitely don't know how to provide proper service to people.

We stay here for 2 night and 2 days. One day water didn't available for 30 minutes, and 2nd day hot water is too much dirty. No action taken by hotel authority after 3 times complaint. In hotel room plug point not working, no other light option except tubelight. Bad service.
