Perhaps I would have rated negative if there would have been option. We stayed here for 1 day and left the hotel because of its poor service. The quality of the service is not according to the money they charged. The manager does not know how to behave and is not adjustable. They even does not stand on his words. The manager promised that he will pack the breakfast for us since we have to leave early and than backstabbed and didn't stand on his words. The food quality is also very bad and servicing of food is horrible. The hotel also charges Rs 30 for water bottle, which is more than the MRP. I would recommend everyone to not to stay at this hotel.

Good rooms considering the Area of location. Good Interiors work. Safety Features are well maintained, except observed Fire Extinguishers which had Inspection and Refill date Overdue. Service time need to REDUCE. Food is Good but price is on higher side.

My first experience here and it was disappointing. You have to check in at Blue Bird main hotel then you have to go to Annexe.
The reception gave two keys to the boy and asked us to follow him after check-in. We went there and as opened one room after another none of the room were ready. So he went again and got keys of rooms in a different floor while we waited.
While they served lunch and dinner in our room, we were told that breakfast can only be had at main building. At the time of check-in I had left my ID with them and next day when I asked for it the guy at counter said we will keep it till you finally check out! Since annexe is at a distance they want to ensure no one runs away without paying! Usually they keep a photocopy but here the trust level with customer was awful.
The bed sheet was torn. I had no energy to complain. The food was extremely oily. At breakfast they forgot one dish and only served it 10 mins later after reminding.
To top it all were at 3rd floor, and while Leaving there was no power so the elevator was not working, with all heavy baggage we went down the stairs only to discover that the iron grill was locked from outside. When we called the reception, the calmly said the generator may have gone off without notice! So someone came after a while to unlock the grill before we could reach the parking.
I am giving 2 stars just because a few staff were smiling and the guy who came with the key was somewhat apologists sorry. There is no professionalism whatsoever.

I & my friend went to the restrurant of this hotel. The service of this hotel is worst. Manager Sumit Bora has no manners. That guy doesn't know how to behave with customers. He is a mannerles guy. The food quality of this hotel is also bad. They dont even have the capability of attending 15 customer at a time.

Room service is good but their rooms are not that clean...its not their fault...There is no fault of those people in this because what to do if people spit inside the room. Otherwise i think everything is good... And also one thing i have to tell i did not get a alluminium foil to cover my food They said it's over today. Sorry thats not my fault im a guest you have to take care of everything.

One of the worst hotels i have ever checked in. Was part of a wedding so had to stay there. Trust me guys this hotel is too dirty with its dirty bedsheeets, used towels and dirty floor. Looked like a hourly rental hotel and not a family hotel. Also they don't serve you even a complimentary water bottle unlike other hotels. Will never recommend this hotel Blue Bird to anyone.

Best if avoided. Expensive. AC was not working on two very hot days. People didn't attend to the problem despite multiple requests. A few half cut bread pieces without butter in the name of complementary breakfast.
