Need to improve hotel service, I was staying here for 4 night, 1st day facing no water in bathroom at night. After given several call to reception they provide the water after 2-3 hours. The hotel food quality is need to improve.

Located at the heart of the city. Communication is excellent from this hotel. They are having a bar also. Rooms are not maintained well but somehow manageable looking into it's placement and staying cost.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend

The worst ever services I have come across during my stay between 1st and 3rd August, 2022. The basic facilities are so poor I had a bitter experience about the hotel. The in room contact facility (Telephone) is completely out of order causing great inconvenience to me such as contacting room service, housekeeping, reception etc etc... The system of geyser in the bathroom is of peculiar nature and an worst experience which I have not come across in any hotel during my life time. But overall the staff members at the front desk (Reception) are well behaved, courteous and gentle too.

Really a great hotel for Business trip.rooms are very clean and Stuff behivier are very nice.... Bccause Hotel are under range for business trip.and also very near from all the areas.

The hotel is located in a convenient place.Near to railway station.The food was also okay not that good.For one night one can stand the poor quality.but not anymore.Moreover the staff keep on asking about leaving.Even by ringing the intercom they would ask the same question.I don't get their continuously asking me this.At the very outset I told them when would I leave room.I was totally annoyed by this.Even my wife also didn't like this behaviour.Not professional at all.

The hotel was located in the main market and the staff were friendly and the manager was very soft and helpful. we reached the property very late at night and the main gate of the hotel was closed so we dail with the manager , He received the phone very quickly and sent a man to open the door. we enjoyed our stay. The room service was good. One important thing to note is that towel provide us look very old ,they should change it .
