Hotel Keteki

Not give properly bill, GST bill not provide, Staff behavior very bad,room service very poor,every room not maintain,Bed and bed sheets very dirty,Hotel Meneger and others staffs not trained. Over all my experience was during staying at Hotel. My opinion for every one don't stay at Hotel Ketteki at Dibrugarh

Hotel Keteki is a decent hotel in town which occasionally also hosts some marriage parties, weddings, meetings. The location of the hotel is quite good but the rooms & services can be improved which is not bad but there's scope for improvement though.

Poor service quality. Meeting hall is not clean and hygenic. Washroom is so dirty. AC is not working.Overall had a bad experience with the hotel.

This hotel was booked for marriage purpose. The rooms which were allocated were very small and not spacious. The ventilation is very poor inside the room and it is very suffocating inside. I could not sleep properly. Hygeine is average. Quality can be improved. I would rate it 2 star honestly.

Rooms are not upto the mark. They don't provide you a proper bill, even if you ask for the same. They simply denied for it, during my checkout. Asuming that this business entity is cheating Government by not paying legitimate taxes against its business income.

Worst experience while covering wedding... Not good for wedding hall.. very unhygienic.

Very less number of rooms but nice service

Decorations is nice and service is also good but the room are not clean..
