OYO 73643 Luit Regency

This hotel is a fraud. I paid more than 1500rs for a day and the services are upright pathetic. My review in short:-
1) AC not working
2) TV not working (DTH no pack)
3) No geyser in the washroom even though it says geyser available.
4) No room service, in fact no one at the counter also, we had to mobile call them for unnecessary things also.
5) The room is nothing like as shown in the OYO site. There was no table, no chair, no hanger/almirah.
6) The room is not even tiles. Just concrete cement floor.
7) No wifi.
8) I booked for two person (winter season) and they gave only small blanket.
9) No boiler (hot water) kettle in the room. ( Most of the hotels give electric boiler kettle in the room)

Pros:

1) Nearby Guwahati Airport. Just 10 mins away by car.

I have been to many hotels and I don't usually gives reviews but this hotel really took the cake of being bad and pathetic.

P.S: To the owner if u r reading this, u can't/shouldn't be angry with me because it's the truth. U know your hotel.

It's a not a certified oyo ... the honour of the house only use oyo tag to grap the customers...my experience was very horrible at this oyo ...I was stuck at ghy airport due to election strike around 11pm..so i searchd for nearest oyo room..I got this at reasonable cost Rs900...I booked and paid online cos thre is no option for post payment ....and I had no choice to book other oyo . Due to unavailability (Corona pendamic).after I reached ..what I saw was newly constructed building .I askd bout my booking status and told him I mad online payment..after heard tat he askd me to cancel my booking and payment should made on cash ... I again askd bout my online payment.he assured me that it will refund after 7 working days .so I cancled my booking. ...but my refund amount was Rs0..I asked him sonar.he preferd me to cal customers care ...I called the cstmr care ..he mad me understand about the refundable policy ..which I was not aware ...but tat was not my fault cos the oyo honour forced me to do tat(he knows the refundable policy)..so I refuse to pay the case. ..the honour very hassarly rpld me that I wouldn't get the room to stay......he took the situation benefit upon me ..I dinnt hv a extr option rather to paid him case ...😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

No hot water is there, AC is not working, quality of the rooms is horrible, food they provide is low quality, the picture shown by OYO is totally different in reality and most importantly the owner is a fraud and his behaviour is very cheap.

Nice property in a good location near to GUWAHATI airport ( Azara )
U can stay there all basic amanities are there including AC / geyser and security CCTV are present

It's fack hotel
There is no hotel in that's location
They just trap inocent peopl and take money from them

Very bad behavior of the owner,,
His behavior is very rubbish

Even he does not have lisense for the hotel..
