Absolutely worst experience. No customer service, owner has attitude, 280 for breakfast of not properly toasted bread and eggs not worth.

Breakfast for 2 given on single plate, Erich us again, not good etiquette

I had a terrible experience on the matter of check in...first of all location was incorrect..it's 4km away from the real location... secondly hotel sataff asked 1500 more than the Oyo prize...i had to call customer care n argue n slove the issue ...ac was not working....toiler and bedsheet waw untidy....but still one of the staffs showed a kind heart to help us to get taxi to airport.....

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude of the staffs. Dirty rooms with all dirty bedsheets and pillows. Never ever think of getting into this Hotel

We came from Guwahati,
1) Booking was done from Oyo. We had to pay double money by going to the hotel. The hotel owner was greedy. The owner took advantage of our compulsion and took extra money. Did not enter the room until the extra money was given.
2) Room was messy. Cockroach found. Which can be seen in the photo.
3) AC doesn't work. Put it on for show off and takes money from the customers.
4) Towel was dirty.
5) they are unable to give final bill to coustomer.
The Oyo coustomer care could not able to answer us. horrible experiance.

The Oyo charged me more than show in the app. The app shows 1602 Rs for 2 days stay, but when I reached the hotel they told me that the price of the room more than show in the app. I feel cheated .........

They asked for extra money...in the Oyo app I pay for 640 rupees but they asked for 860 rupees extra n total amount of 1500 rs is taken by this hotel..other things are good in the hotel

Very Bad Experience overall. Room service as well as staff behaviour is very bad. They charged extra money for booking. Very bad environment. Very dirty housekeeping. Bathing essentials are not provided. The towel is very dirty. AC room is provided without an AC Remote. The geyser is not working. Drinking water not provided. Bedsheets, pillow covers, and blankets are very dirty.

The OYO amount and the hotel JRB residency amount was land + sky difference after booking of 2 rooms in rs1822 and when reached JRB residency they said i OYO app there is mistake in hotel room rent so we had paid rs 6000 for 2days stay for 2rooms and which was not provided us dinner nor any breakfast. so please i dont to book any hotel in oyo very bad experience
