DS Guest house

I booked a room here online. Check in was at 12:00pm but they kept me waiting till 7:00pm outside in a cold rainy day. At 7:00 pm they gave me a room after a lot of arguments. They couldn't refund me and couldn't provide a room but kept me waiting. Finally the room they provided was a small, dirty room with no AC whereas I booked a room with an AC. The room had clothes and shoes of other people and later I found out that the workers of the guest house calls escort girls in that room. These room probably have hidden cameras. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. It is not at all safe

Don't pay and book this hotel in advance. When you go and ask for room he will ask for triple the amount for ac room & will act as if he doesn't care you stay or not. So better stay away.

They have given a rate in google maps but when you go their guest house they increase the price of the rooms two three times, a mischevious marketing gimmick to attract families with luggage with cheap price and then telling them the price is twice / thrice then the one they posted in google, so that they get bound to take room in that price due to heavy luggage and unavailibility of regular transportation

Never try oyo again. But the property was good and service was better

Rooms are bigger in sizes, newly constructed, entire wall covered with graceful tiles, fully AC, TV facility, Sofa inside rooms. Overall very good oyo in price range wise. But, don't have elevators and rooms start on 2nd F. And the half building is still in construction process. 2 minutes away from main road but have road connectivity.

Worst hospitality ever seen. We booked 3 rooms via OYO hotels and once we reached there DS Guest House denied giving us the room saying it’s under construction. Then we asked OYO for refund and DS Guest House denied that we are the one who cancelled the booking.

It’s a shame that they people (DS Guest House and OYO Hotels) takes people for granted for only 1.5K rupees.

I highly not recommend you to visit this place... We lost our royal enfield classic 350 from their parking... The don't have any responsibility towards their customers... And we call up the owners of the lodge and he behave so aggressive towards us.. When we went to complain the missing of our bike.... Actually it is their responsibility to take care of the parking.. The that tight cc TV footage was not available.. That clearly shows they are involved in the incident happened there.

Very poor service... Rooms are also neither clean nor hygiene...there is no dustbin inside the room...even the rooms are very dirty...there is no room service...no telephone inside room for calling to reception...I will never prefer anyone to stay at DS Guest house... behaviour of the receptionist is very rude... totally disgusting...please don't choose this hotel for stay.....a/c and tv both are not in working condition...they are just there for show off.....
