Very bad experience, they have mentioned everything on the portal but not in real. TV is there but doesn't work, wifi doesn't work even toilet flush doesn't work. Last but not the least phone also doesn't work you have to go downstairs for each & everything.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE: The owner does not abide by any OYO Standards. The rooms are filthy and the owner tried to overcharge me even after I had my booking. He was rude with me and threatened my family and I will never book this hotel or suggest it to anyone to ever visit. Please be safe and book your stay somewhere else.

Worst place! The staff are deaf and blind. They don't give you food or water. The location is terrible, nothing is nearby. The condition of hotel is pathetic and mostly staff are drunk. This property should be closed. Its not safe for any human.

Beware of the lady(woman) sitting there in formals ,

Do not pay money in advance without taking receipt.

She denies taking money ,

You may be charged twice.

Horrible experience! My first trip to upper was so bad.. I happened to reached at night, there was no one to open the gate, no drinking was was provided and there was no water in the washroom nor any toilet articles were provided.. There was no one for help in the reception..

Thought of booking a room, thanks to Google map reviews for changing my mind. This place is really horrible. How can someone provide such dirty bedsheet to their guests!?

Very bad experience of room service. Don't chose this hotel to stay. Bathroom equipment is not working. Dustbin , shop, towel is not provided by the hotel authority.

It was very Poor Nothing Was working 😂 even the shower, Ac,TV,wifi,
Nothing means Nothing Was Working. 😂 Moreover, filter should be provided in the room.
