OYO 68484 Hotel Ellora

1) Hotel tariff is costly than room condition. It took me 1300 bucks for a single occupancy AC room.
2) Room is totally damp. Room No 3014
3) Asked for complimentary soap and shampoo. Received only soap. Shampoo was committed to deliver, but it didn’t received till I checked out.
4) There is no organised points for charging your devices. Need to stand in front of the TV connection socket for charging.
5)) Night lamp never gets off, if you wish to.
6) Multiple nails are the in bed. Got a cut in my leg while coming off the bed.
7) Ordered water at 10pm again I’ve to reorder it at 10:30pm then I got it.
8) Earth warm roaming in toilet.
9) No Wi-Fi password provided by the hotel staffs. Though it’s available
10) Hotel manager is really rude. I asked for bill in mail. He was less interested to hear me out. He just print the bill and gave me. When I requested for an envelope, then he gave me. I asked to steeple two invoices for 3 times, he ignored. Lastly I took the steeple and merged those invoices.

Nice Hotel. Had some minor observation which I have directly communicated to manager in charge. But they might have been due to manpower shortage due to the flood situation at the time of our visit.

They have an in house restaurant with room service.
They have a proper parking for guests.
Location of the place is prime. All you have to tell the cabbie is Club Road.
Also its very close to the Devdoot District Court.

We must throw a praise to the hotel for providing accommodation and food to the flood affected families.we must appreciate the same.

Good hotel with very friendly and co-operative staff. Decent and safe location. Different standards of AC/non AC rooms to suite your pocket. The rooms we took felt a bit damp; maybe due to the long lockdown and recent floods (May, 2022). Has a restaurant in the ground floor serving decent food, and also room delivery. Several cheap eateries nearby. Overall decent hotel.

Rooms are not clean at all and unhygienic too.....housekeeping staffs don't even bother to clean the rooms properly. There is big menu book in the room but of no use....95% of the items are not available. Rent is high but service is below poor....

Rooms are overpriced for the facilities they provide. Old rooms and not clean. Leaking bath fittings. Fan knob missing. And old, shaky cot. Pillow cover torn. Food was good. They have a big Conference hall and serve good food. Each and everything to be mentioned before booking to have a good time. Service to be improved.

Room service was very bad. Manegement behaviour is not good for your expectations.

Bad experience there. Card payment not accepted. Room rate 900 but they try to charge me 1000.. Room not so hygiene. Parking inside the compound but not so good
