Hotel Pai Viceroy, Tirupathi

This month I have been staying at this hotel. The ambiance was good, and the restaurant is very well maintained. variety of dishes Meals and roti hygiene are good. The food is so tasty and pricy, but it's worth it, and other South Indian snacks are good too. strongly recommend this hotel.

Their prices are too high for the services they provide. We stayed here on 27th of September, 2022. And requested for a 24 hour check-in/check-out since our train was at 4pm the next day. We checked in at 4pm that day. So, we were not asking them for favours, we were asking them to be flexible. They did not oblige. This is despite most of their rooms being free since it was off season. We paid almost 6k for one room for one night. You are better off staying at Bheemas or even Orion across the street for half the price.

All I had booked 2 rooms (406 & 407) ..we reached hotel by 8:30 am and conveyed to receptionist that we will back by evening after tirumala darshana...once we reached back room was not ready as well took close to 1 hr to get the room( after 8 pm) ...406 key was not working and
407 room was still cleaning.
We complained but no use.
Room was good in condition .. breakfast was also good but had same food past 3 days.
Lot to improve .

Very worst experience. In the bathroom, tap was not working. Only hot water tap was functioning. Washbasin tap was also not working. Jet spray for the toilet too not working. Tv was not working. No drinking water was provided even after asking. No towels were provided. Don't go to this hotel.

Rooms were good but was expecting bit more specious. We were 3 adults my parents and me.

Food was really good and awesome and the staff were helpful and cooperative.

Definitely I would recommend the stay here to my friends and family members.

We booked orion Hall for my daughter 1st birthday. Service and food was so good. Complimentary room was provided. Happy with overall quality and service.

The attitude of the receptionist G.Arun Prasad was horrible…. We were a group of 8 people with 5 rooms… but he was very complacent as if we have done a mistake in booking the property… By mistake one room key got lost for which they charged Rs.500/-… Moreover from 11.30 am their waters started ringing the room bells to vacate although checkout time is 12.00… in no hotel across India I have seen this attitude where they literally want to kick out the guest… Stay at your risk of getting I’ll treated

Very neatly maintained property.. everything is perfect whether it is quality of food /service /cleanliness..
We highly recommend this property for stay to our family,friend & others as well...no second thought about it...
