Hotel Sai Residency

We don't have much option in samalkote, better to stay at kakinada. This hotel was very much average hotel. And charge like premium hotel. For AC ROOMS they are charging 1300.00.

Overall good, if you expect like hotel ambiance, then you will be upset.

In samalkote this is one of the best, where you can't get better than this.

If you need better place stay at kakinada.

Edited review ( The management is calling me and using abuse words for putting such reviews) and also asked not to visit his lodge again. In fact previously I have stayed there couple of times but never faced such problems. But now I have decided not to stay at such lodge.

Lodge is ok.

1. No proper restaurant (not up to the mark)

2. Beds are not maintained well so lots of bed bugs are there which causes a lot of problems. ( I have attached photos of the same.)

3. I had booked the room for 6 AM but I arrived at 7 AM as train was late. The management is asking to empty the room next day @ 6 AM only irrespective of arrival time and not ready to give spare time of 30 mins. After a lot of arguments they allowed me to leave by 7.

4. Bathroom not clean.

5. Bath towels are not good.

6. To use lift we have to call them and get the lift powered on and then use & more over the room I have stayed in the phone was not working. they had repaired it but again after some time it stopped working.

7. To avail lodge services I was calling to there landline using my mobile.

8. If we use steps they keep door locked giving some vague reasons of robbery.

This hotel is with in reach of all transport facilities, good maintainence and great hospitality love to stay here when ever I have been to surroundings of the city...

it has all the facilities,i didnt expect such great hospitality in such a small town and had a great experience staying in the hotel and the best part is it is near to all the transport facilities:)

Bad experience. Uncleaned room. Water taps leaking. Electric connections loose. No Geyser and no hot water. Male receptionist's behavior very rude and disrespectful. No cutlery. No food service. No cold water bottle and charging Rs. 30 per bottle. Hotel staff understands only Telugu and no other language. Terrible

Service sucks!
No cleanliness. No concern for customer's problems. You may think its per a small towns' standards and its okay, but they could do better for even a small town...much better.

Gud hospitality and the rooms were nice and the female receptionist services were excellent , the accomodation for females were superb and it is very nice and superb to get such an hotel it is a wonderful experience

Excellent maintenance. Great option for family stay.very decent and secured place 👍👍
