Hotel City Inn

Horrible experience of staff being rude every time there is food delivery from other restaurants. The food at their in-house restaurant is insanely bad. This is why these kind of hotels keep a strict policy of not allowing food from outside. They want us to spend double the price for their pathetic quality of food. Rooms are okay. But i do not recommend this hotel to any person who wants to enjoy local food also give you stale and badly cooked food. 5 days of my stay was ruined by their constant pressure on us to order from their rubbish in-house restaurant. Unfortunately, I pre-booked the entire stay with breakfast while we could only eat once because the basic idly breakfast is also so so bad. Their cook has nothing to do remotely with COOKING. Kakinada is meant of amazing food. These guys will never let you be in peace if you are ordering from outside. Please book a hotel which allows OUTSIDE food and enjoy the local cuisine during your stay. We booked another property close-by who allow outside food enjoyed next 7 days stay in Kakinada. Please do not hate Kakinada for your horrible experience of some of these hotel guys.

Won't suggest this hotel for room stay. Each room has its own unique issue. None of the rooms which they have has all facilities working. Please keep your door locked they might can walk in to your room with a master card.

Worst hospitality. Bad odour all over the hotel. Smelly beds and I cleaned rooms. Bathrooms are worst. No hot water. Worst room service. It’s not even worth for 500rs. Stay there for a very bad experience and waste your money.

Horrible experience for event we have made in one of the banquet halls.Not even able to fill the rice on time.I don't understand how a common item like rice is not fulfilled by these guys on time.
Not even provided a room for dress change even after booking the hall.
The MD himself talks in no sense, he treats guests in banquet hall 1 in one way and guests in banquet hall 2 in another way citing some funny reasons and because of that we are not allowed to use Mike as it will cause disturbance to other banquet hall guys..and they are allowed to use Mike and he doesn't care about disturbance causing to us.
If that's the case he should have mentioned while booking the hall.He haven't mentioned these and charged all the 100 percent of amount at the time of booking itself.
Mike doesn't work for the event and songs couldn't be played....horrible experience ever.

Horrible person Koteswar Rao at the front desk. He claimed that we didn't have a booking when we had one. He also asked me to sign on a blank white paper as acknowledgement of my payment for extra bed charges.

Worst service , they change for extra roome in bulk booking ,no allout, all leakage, no one know hindi english, payment advance

Avoid if possible, dirty pale sheets, dirty bathroom, no hot water, flush not working, opened “water bottles”, pay to get mineral water, sort of rude staff.
