HOTEL ZURI

The hotel room was very good and the staff were very helpful and cooperative. The food cooked by the hotel staff was also very nice including breakfast and lunch. I hope the hotel management also extends dinner facility within the hotel itself in future as it would help the people with late evening check-inn. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice and staff serve it with the smiling face. Even the hotel MD was of very helpful nature and provided the much needed assistance. One area of improvement would be restricting the guest not to smoke within the hotel premises as it could cause inconvenience to elders and small children as well.

One of the worst hotels in the location, no shower head, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Bedsheets and pillow covers are not changed at all. AC is good. There is no cleaning at all the room premises. Bath soap quality is very bad and shampoo as well. Service is okay. Interiors are good at rooms with bad maintenance. Hotel looks good at only reception.

I gave 2 stars because atleast rooms were clean and helpers were very polite.. Otherwise I would give one star, the receptionist who was in the desk on 31st of May evening 4 was very rude. He didn't even what to write in the receipts, I provided my aadhar, but still he was writing incorrect name. I was correcting him and he is getting angry about it. i didn't know what to say. He didn't even know if there was stamp available for his hotel.. He was demanding money for water bottles which we never took.. There was another women who claimed that we didn't pay fpr coffee that we drank.. Later that helper confirmed that we paid.. There is so much miscommunication between themselves.. When we first visited they said standard rooms for 1000, at the time of check-out they said it's 1500.. They will have so many different people sitting in the reception, everyone will say one different rate.. It has been such a bad experience.. But I must admit that rooms were clean and attenders were polite..

Nice but lift is taking too much time for moving floor to floor.

Checked in 303 for a night stay with family,, supposed to be a comfort room.
Good part- breakfast they arranged from outside.

Bad part: toilets not clean, bed lenin not changed, fan regulator faulty ,no speed control.TV NOT WORKING, wall clock not working, no shower, cloth stand in toilet broken, out of 7 lamps in the room, only 2 working all because supervisor is on leave.

Avoid staying here. Dont fall for past glory, and good reviews.

Worst hotel. Cigarette smoke everywhere. Forget about hygiene. Washroom ventilator is like a window and wide open. No geyser and no other hot water facility. AC doesn't work.

Good place. Value for money. Hospitable staff. Hot water facility rocked... We loved the experience. We traveled from tirupati to come to stay here and rest after a day long drive. Good experience. Just the bathroom door knob was not there. No soap eat provided in Bathroom. The exhaust fan in washroom was broken. But overall it's good to go.
