I can say don't book function hall here. Function hall looks decent but ACs are not having enough capacity to cool the room. They are just like dummies. We wasted our money here. I don't suggest this nasty function hall. They don't provide parking also. If you want peace of mind in your functions then just avoid this.

Good hotel. All facility available. Staff is good. Food is not available. Nearby restaurant and hotel is present. Wifi speed is slow. For lunch, amulya mess is best. Cleanliness is maintained. Room is spacious.

The quality of the service and staff has deteriorated now due to change in ownership. As hotels are very limited in Tanuku, it's like take or leave attitude with this new regime. Rooms are good though.

As hotels in Tanuku are less, this hotel charges more. Its Reception is in 4th floor, provides Rooms only. For any other service, u have to go out. Meals hotels are not there nearby. No laundry also. Staff behavior is ok. But they take extra charges for paying by cards. Demands cash only.

No hot water. Staff response for grievance is very bad. For grievance, they are saying that go for another room. No hotwater for my entire stay for 10 days. At reception, sometimes rash behaviour also. Maintenance is good. Not suitable for families as drinking and smoking is allowing openly and causes nuisance.
