It was a very unpleasant experience. The staff was very arrogant. They only know how to argue. We had to ask them for the basic things like soap, shampoo. There was no dustbin in the room, had to ask for that too. The fan was creaking all night. And the worst part of this is the hotel management couldnt even provide us with water bottles . they said they dont give water bottles, we will have to buy. 😑 in and all it was a bad experience.

Bedsheet and Pillow Covers are not changed, Room was not clean, There is NO Hot Water, Taps are not working, There is NO Lift, Price is not Expensive. Main Door lock is also not working, They were asking to vacate the room well before check out time

The room is good and spacious. Though not new, there is something about this place that is relaxing. But I am removing one star because, I asked for a towel befire check in, they said already available in room. But apart from a blanket and a pillows, nothing else was available.

It is one of the worst hotel in Kurnool.The owner of this hotel is one of the worst people I have ever seen.Though we provided non local I'd proofs for wedding purpose he didn't gave us room. Because he will get more money if we book directly than booking on Oyo or some other apps

No Hot water, No Lift. Not as shown in OYO, Even they tried to log in my app using OTP. They called me when I logged out and requested OTP. May be they are trying to update their own reviews in OYO App. Breakfast is Pathetic. They have 4.4 Rating in OYO but seems false!!!

No basic amenities provided like soap, towel. Rooms are tidy, few washrooms doesn't have proper door lock.

Hotel is good nice rooms and clean but the hotel rules are horrible the even did not allow the outside food to get it into the room i did not see these types of worse rule of hotel in my stay anywhere these type of rules can effect the old people and the people who prefer home food thes type of rules must not be entertained it was like forcefully making their restaurant to go up ihad booked directly with oyo
