Hotel Pavani Residency

We booked double deluxe a/C room with additional bed for three adults at rs.1800+300 no additional bed was given just a bedsheet was given for sleeping on the floor and then in midnight the staff rang the door bell continuously and waked us up for providing extra bed just for one night and it was the worst stay one could ever have. Please don't stay here. staffs behaving is worst they will be making you to give tips even you didn't get any service from them. A/C was an old window A/C that to is operated from the reception below they will power It on only on request even if you have paid for it.
Don't waste your money here only positive thing is its bearer to bus stand.No hot water in the bathroom toilet not clean broken tap no hanger to hang your towels.

Other than the advantage of location which is very close to Nellore Bus stand, there is nothing good about this hotel. Rooms are very badly maintained, Dusty every where, No water bottle, No towels despite asking them and charged 2000 per night non AC room.Not worth for the price they charge

It's Mosquito residency not pavani residency. Worst experience ever I had.Full night spend with mosquito and their family. If anyone want to research with mosquito and their disease. This place highly recommendable.

Old hotel smells in the rooms. Broadly Okay, centrally located. Nearer to Nellore bus stand, good restaurants are available nearby, for food.

Hotel Rooms were good, neat n well maintained. They provided reasonable rates for rooms compair to others in that area. But hotel service too bad. They don't provide any service to the rooms. N they dint even provide remote for TV. N parking for four wheelers is not available. U have basement but filled with two wheelers. But rest n all like location area, rooms, hotel n all was good.

Excellent room ambience, but outside just dusty and cigarette buts in front of the rooms,not looking good that's why not rating five stars 👍

Rooms was not good, very bad service....no hot water ..beds were not good. Manger attitude was not good....not giving refund and no consersion also.... kindly don't book this hotel

Rooms are spacious but they don't have kitchen, they don't serve anything not even tea and they don't provide plates to eat as well. So, if you are planning to visit then pls carry paper plates and glass. Outside you will have many options for lunch n dinners.
