Ok to stay. Dont expect more. Toilet needs to improve. Shoe cleaner was not working. Kettle available in room, but no items to prepare tea or coffe. Curtains are thin and one layer. Cannot sleep after 5:30am due to sun light. Restaurant is good

Didn't been to Hotel but just to veg restaurant. Had Mushroom munchuriyan, panneer chilli and noodles. Finally, a tea. Munchuriyan was bit salty otherwise rest are good. The best we had was the tea which is ultimate drum tea and we enjoyed it. Must visit and taste in Chittoor.

The rooftop restaurant was one of our favorite places to eat. There were a variety of foods to choose from, and the quality of the food was acceptable. As far as service is ok one of the bad thing is I noticed that the washroom is not clean enough its also an important thing in a fine dining restaurant the washroom and the toilet is in a single space so you have to check that its clean or not

Ask us to vacate during a wedding function. No sense whatsoever. Didn't even allow us to extend for a few hours till the ceremony got over. Never book any event here.

I stay at this place for one night. Location wise, this hotel is almost in the center of the town. Staff were quite courteous. They allowed us an early check-in. The veg. restaurant serves superb quality veg food at a slightly premium price. The amenities in the room are good enough for a family with kids. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Dining hall was already booked, eventhough it seems unconfortable for me as workers are roaming around.
I ordered mughali mutton biriyani which i already tasted many time in Prabha grand, it was like big disappointment watching the biriyani (quantity and mughali mutton gravy, insteady of gravy they just spread few small mutton pieces on birayani rice).
I am not sure what their issue is, i cancelled all my further order asked to bill for my soop, they are charging what ever amount they wish.
It was 95 in menu, charged 110. After questioning them how much is gst they returned me extra amount back.
Finally, if dining hall is booked keep a sign bord "RESTARUNT IS CLOSED". Do not irritate customer's and in between extra charges for items makes me feel bad about hotel.

I am a regular traveller across country. Recently attended a friends wedding at this hotel. Where as the front desk fellows doesn’t know how to behave with the guests. Very Un courteous and doesn’t have minimal common sense to handle the guest concerns. Even the in house maintenance was not up to the minimal standards.

Very good hospitality ,friendly staff, room service also so good in small city excellent hotel is there food is also very good in this hotel. My family members are enjoyed a lot in this hotel
