pleasant stay with good ambience. just opposite to cruise stand & casino.hotel was neat & clean.staff is also very supportive.

The bathrooms are dirty , with the curtains and walls having moulds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but the tv is not recharged. The switches are not suitable for 1+ chargers.

Over of the worst hotel I ever stayed, bed stinks,

Bed sheets are never washed 🤮

No restaurent (they will provide coupon to eat in near by hotel)

Cockroach in all rooms

You will feel something running on when you sleep in the bed

Reception sofa you will think 10 times to sit

No service other than a room

Centralised AC leaking room full of infections,Easily you ll fall sick

Bathroom are not clean

One of the worst means worst hotels

The hotel is in the heart of the city.... The room is very big in size and has a Mandovi River view ........Very nice Ambience of the Room....The staff is very polite, humble and cooperative,especially Mr James Manager of this hotel....

Average stay at this hotel. If you are looking for a budget hotel, then this place is good. Food is fine

It was a night stay at Panaji Residency but overall a good one. The nearby areas give you a good vacation feeling. You can get number of places as in options to eat. If you are a foodie you need to explore for the same. The view from hotel was very good.

Nice location and clean hotel but prices are too high compared to the rooms. I had paid 6 k for rooms. The toiletries that were received was just Santoor soaps and head and shoulder shampoo. The view from the balcony is good it on looks the river with all Casinos nearby.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city and is near all the sight seeing places and eateries of panji city. the rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept. Would definitely recommend it for someone who is visiting Goa for the first time.
