Location isn't epic if you want the best. The look and feel is good and the swimming pool is very good whereas food quality and the price may disappoint many. Rooms are good. The event hall is really nice.

In spite of advance booking and no other guests at check in counters it took almost 20 minutes to check in ( around 6.30 p.m). Staff look confused and inefficient, yet polite- thankfully. Hygiene at the restaurant is hugely compromised, you can easily encounter flies everywhere from fruit counter to your table,surprisingly staff didn't look concerned when attention was sought 2 times, as if it is normal. I am a frequent traveller and had arranged 2 corporate meets at this property in 2018 and 2019 but now it has degraded in quality with upgrade in tariff. I believe one can easily find good 5 star property around in this cost. My rating to this property has gone down from very good in 2018 to below average in 2022.

One of the most premium hotels in Goa. The property is very well maintained. Visited in the monsoons and was a complete bliss! All rooms have a great view. The infinity pool is there, unfortunately did not get a chance to get in it - busy schedule, was a work related visit. But definitely a hotel to experience with family.

Absolutely stunning resort with a wonderful staff. The hotel breakfast buffet is pretty comprehensive, though limited vegan or gluten-free options. The pool in the club area feels exclusive and the staff goes the extra mile to make you feel at home - from finding a lost pair of sunglasses to leaving a welcoming note on your bed. I had a lovely stay and can't wait to return.

All things good, food needs improvement good breakfast options, staff is very nice and helpful. There is beach nearby where you can play sports there.
Hotel provide services to go there although it's walkable distance. Peace, luxury, beautiful property specialy infinity pool is good to explore.
Also I'm adding a room tour video do explore once with amazing view.

We came here for recreation, but did not find it.
The only outdoor space with deckchairs is around the noisy pool, but there are way too few deckchairs, and people reserve them early in the morning.
Even worse, during half of the days the pool area was not accessible or enjoyable due to private weddings, preparation for events or loud live music. I find it absolutely outrageous that private weddings are held at the expense of hotel customers.
Even tough the hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained, they did not manage to set up places to relax.
We were lucky with our room as we got one in a quiet area with a nice view. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy the view due to the massive balcony railing and the low seats.
Cleanliness was fine, only the deckchairs around the pool could use some cleaning, as they were full of bird poop, sunscreen and dust.
The stuff was generally very friendly (with the exception of one woman at the VIVO restaurant who was very rude).
The morning buffet was diverse (we only missed a bigger variety of fruits), and the spice studio restaurant was atmospheric and tasty.

The hotel is GORGEOUS! From the amenities to the room it was a five star experience. The decoration is modern with a very peaceful felling. The infinite pool is huge and precious, their restaurants are delicious, specially a very big breakfast buffet with all specialities from south to north India and continental options. It is close to a glorious beach were they offer transportation.

Excellent hotel services. Excellent behavior. Nice atmosphere. I think this the best hotel facilities among other Hyatt hotels. Unlimited drinking water at room. Mini bar and locker also available in the room. Excellent restaurant foods at vivo during breakfast and dinner. Seafoods are missing only. Sea beach is 10 to 15 minutes waking distance but they providing shuttle service 7am to 7pm. I they may improve the shuttle service timings to 9/10pm so that guests can enjoy sea much more.
