Radisson Goa Candolim

Wonderful place. Service was good. I booked this hotel through Cred App that included breakfast and dinner. Everything was awesome except 2 things

- Breakfast was great but main course in dinner was pathetic. You can try starters and cocktail/mocktail but don't go for the main course from food menu provided by the staff at the counter. Ask for the food you like and they will serve if available.

- Second thing I didn't like was the mattress. That was so soft that you feel like drowning in the bed. That ruined our sleep. Don't know about others but sharing my own experience.

Apart from that everything else was amazing. Staff behavior, food, room, service, cleanliness, locality.... 9/10

Note - There is a taxi stand opposite to Radisson Hotel. If you need bike on rent or a taxi to drop you at the Airport, then look for Suraj, he is an amazing guy. He will help you.

Everything is great: Ambience, rooms, staff, food. It was indeed a good 3 day stay here. We were welcomed with Malas and drinks,chocolates. Staff is very friendly and food is also very tasty.

If you are looking for good North Indian and south indian food you are at right place. Only thing which lacked was kids swings and play area for which they must work upon otherwise everything is soon good.

We visited with our infant kid and it was one of the best vacation.

A boutique kind of hotel, not a huge property. But very comfortable and a pleasant stay. Got upgraded to villas, staff welcomed us with Snacks and beverages. Finding the hotel was a small task, entry is very odd and confined space.

Stay was good, Service is excellent. Ambience with lot of trees and flowers. Dining facility is great with top of the menu breakfast, Ala carte lunch and dinner. Location is excellent, Good access to beach, restaurants
Maintenance of bathroom fittings and sofa could have been better.
No inhouse concierge service, have to depend on locals.

Good place, staff are very polite and helpful. Night music and dance are available. The rooms have no good view though and pool closes very early

Staffs are clueless- the security staff at the entrance needs to be educated as he is the first person greeting any guest. His first response was " leave your bag at the gate and can you go inside and confirm if your booking is confirmed and here only ". Seriously ? Do you expect this from a radisson property ???

Great Hotel, great staff and great management.. very well managed property.. the breakfast is quite lavish and everything around is so well maintained.. Hotel staff is very help and is always on the toes to provide a great service..
