Worst, old hotel. I regret of staying here. Arrogant front desk guy...
Please don't stay in this hotel...as only food is good, orher things are not worth to the cost they are charging... Photos on website are old....think 1000 times, before coming here

Great location, courteous staff and clean compact rooms. The rooms can accommodate only 3 adults but they have a great seating sofa in case you need to meet for a discussion. The reception lobby is great and the breakfast was amazing too!

Hotel maintenance is pathetic. The listing in various sites is not matching the reality.
Strange smell and congested floors lifts.
Inspite of closeness to promenade and sea view the hotel management has wasted the chance developing a decent hotel.

For the price, it's a steal ! Decent good hotel. 6 rooms on a floor. Food is good. Rooms are good too with a view of the Mandovi river and Atal Setu Work in Patto than this is a good choice after Country Inn. All walking distance from the Kadamba bus stand and Panjim city.
Dessert options were very limited.
